Belingo is a demo in its pilot phase. These texts are drafts and must be legally reviewed before the public launch.
Who is responsible?

What we store
E-mail address and password hash (sign-in), profile (display name, language, time zone, level), the confirmation that you are 18 or older (no birth date), your answers and learning progress, vocabulary cards and consents. Servers are in the EU (Germany).
AI explanations
Only if you have consented do we send the exercise and your answer – without your name or e-mail – to Google Gemini for an explanation. During the demo phase Belingo uses an access tier where Google may use inputs to improve its products; please do not enter personal data. Before launching with real learners we switch to a paid contract with a data processing agreement.
Videos
YouTube videos load only after a click (youtube-nocookie.com). Google's privacy rules then apply.
Cookies
We only set technically necessary cookies for signing in. No tracking, no advertising.
Your rights
You can export your data and delete your account in the settings. You can withdraw consents at any time. You have the right to complain to a supervisory authority.
